Everything from check in to service was great. Receive one of my pre-purchased oil changes and tire rotation. Ialso asked for all filters to be changed. D check out I was shocked at the price tag for, fuel filter, air filter, and cabin air filter replacement.

The week prior to purchasing my new truck, I had spent 4k on fixing my 2018 truck only to find out that it needed further work to be safe for me and my great niece, soon to be adopted daughter this calendar year <3. My biological daughter had mentioned that we should go to Garretts to look around and see what was available. I had a few tears regarding the news of my old truck and was met with kind, friendly, and knowledgeable people at Garretts. I worked mainly with a gentleman by the name of George who took us on a test drive of a brand new Chevy Tahoe that day. It was nice but really wasn't sure what direction to go at this time. The week prior to purchasing I test drove a new 2026 GMA Sierra Elevation George recommended and also discussed the Malibu and Impala they had available. George let me know of the incentives being offered on the GMC and what the different was between a turbo-charged 4 cyl and 8 cyl. I did not think it would be possible but let him know late afternoon on Friday the 13th that I would like to see if purchasing the GMC was even an option. I was signing papers for my brand-new Sierra the following morning. The Garrett family has been a positive staple in our community where I grew up. Their friendliness and time taken to get to know the needs of each individual that walks through their door are what sets them apart from the rest. I rang the bell in the dealership for my new vehicle purchase and was on my way in no time with great conversations had with Ashley when signing the papers for my vehicle and JD Garrett. Thank you Jim Garrett and family for all you do in pouring into our community and getting me and my soon-to-be-daughter back on the road in a better and newer vehicle than I thought was even possible.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Explained why we may want to replace tires due to sun/heat damage rather than wear. Not pushy. Didn't try to sell us anything we didn't ask for. I would repeat the experience. Also, a large and varied selection of used cars/trucks on the lot at fairly reasonable prices. Will look there when we are ready for a change.
